Sachiko Hayashi, originally from Nagoya, Japan, holds a degree in Japanese Literature from Sugiyama Jogakuen University in Nagoya. Her interest in acting began at age eleven when she joined NHK Nagoya Children's Actors Academy. She has since studied acting and appeared on TV and films.


After graduating college, she came to the United States to follow her dream to be an international actor. Since then, she has learned many other acting fields and has performed at great theatres venues, like the Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum, East West Players, and Ramona Pageant. Her favorite roles are Peas-Blossom in "A Midsummer Night's Dream", Kiyoko in "And the Soul Shall Dance", Liat in "South Pacific", and Ariel in "The Tempest", for which she has received the Inland Theatre League Award.


She likes to play comedic roles, enjoys Japanese traditional dance lessons with Mme. Hisami Wakayagi and loves to play Japanese archery.
